Get pre-approved for a mortgage loan even before you have a property in mind. Once you submit, with your permission, we will run your credit and get back to you either by telephone or e-mail. - Complete Online Application (Free to Elite Member)
If you’ve been pre-approved come back to the site and enter your property information once you have a contract. If you’re starting with a property, the application form will ask for personal information as well as information on your specific property. Once you submit, with your permission, we will run your credit and get back to you either by telephone or e-mail. - Sign and return application (Free to Elite Member)
Once you’ve made it to this point we will send you a copy of your completed mortgage application by e-mail or express mail. You will be asked to review this, sign it, and return it along with any additional material requested. - Appraisal conducted

At closing, you will sign all the legal documents and pay any necessary fees such as closing costs or down payment. You will then be ready to move into your new home! - Future Enhancements
