Find out how much home can you afford through our Online Mortgage Calculation. Elite experienced agents or loan officers will diligently search from a database of loan programs for the lowest rate with a minimum monthly payment from a mortgage lender that will not give you any last minute surprises or hidden fees.

  1. Pre-qualify (Free to Elite Member)
Receive a custom list of mortgage program options and current rates. Review a variety of programs and compare them with other lenders.
  2. Pre-approval (Free to Elite Member)
Get pre-approved for a mortgage loan even before you have a property in mind. Once you submit, with your permission, we will run your credit and get back to you either by telephone or e-mail.
  3. Complete Online Application (Free to Elite Member)
If you’ve been pre-approved come back to the site and enter your property information once you have a contract. If you’re starting with a property, the application form will ask for personal information as well as information on your specific property. Once you submit, with your permission, we will run your credit and get back to you either by telephone or e-mail.
  4. Sign and return application (Free to Elite Member)
Once you’ve made it to this point we will send you a copy of your completed mortgage application by e-mail or express mail. You will be asked to review this, sign it, and return it along with any additional material requested.
  5. Appraisal conducted
We will schedule an appraisal and contact you once we have the results.
  6. Rate lock123

  7. Closing
At closing, you will sign all the legal documents and pay any necessary fees such as closing costs or down payment. You will then be ready to move into your new home!
  8. Future Enhancements
Once you have closed on your home you can come back to the site, check our daily online rate updates, if the rates go down in the next month or in the next several years, contact us for our streamline refinance program.
  9. General Home Buying Information for First-timers
A home purchase may be your largest financial transaction to date, so it’s important to make the right decisions and to keep an eye on the details. With the assistance of your Elite Agent/Loan Officer, it should be an efficient, pleasant, and ultimately rewarding experience.
  • Count On Your Elite Agent To:
Preview available homes to weed out those that are overpriced, or undesirable in some other way. Present the homes that suit your needs as you’ve defined them. Help you determine the difference between a "good buy" and a property which, because of its nature (neighborhood, market appeal, etc.), might have to be discounted if you decide to sell in the future. Negotiate the best deal for you. With a Pre-Qualification letter from Elite Loan Department in hand, your Elite Agent will be able to demonstrate that you are a qualified and capable borrower. This will strongly influence the Seller, and may make the difference between the Seller accepting your offer or someone else’s — even if your offer is lower!
  •
  • Count On Your Elite Agent/Loan Officer To:
Assist you in selecting the best loan to meet your personal situation and goals. (This single decision can save you thousands of dollars throughout the years!) Keep you informed of your loan status throughout the entire process. Keep your Elite Agent/Loan Officer informed of your loan progress (Note: your personal information is always kept confidential between you and the Lending Financial Services; only deal points and progress are shared). Get the appropriate loan for you at the best rates and fees. This will save you significant money "up front" and throughout the years to come.
  •
  • Count On Yourself To:
Keep your EliteAgent informed of any questions or concerns as they develop. Keep the process moving by providing documentation and decisions as soon as reasonably possible. By doing so, many of the details are taken care of early in the process so you can comfortably concentrate on any last-minute details or events that require your attention.
