You’ve asked for more coverage from your Home Warranty Plan…and we’ve delivered!

Below are some of the coverage items now included in the new Enhanced Standard Plan that are unique to Old Republic Home Protection:

 

Lack of Maintenance – Old Republic Home Protection’s Home Warranty Plan provides coverage on systems and appliances that fail due to a lack of maintenance. Though the Plan does not cover the performance of maintenance, if the system/appliance fails because the previous owners have not properly maintained the unit, Old Republic Home Protection will cover the repair or replacement. No more worrying that the seller may not have kept up with the maintenance of the system/appliance.

HVAC Systems that are Mismatched or were Improperly Repaired or Installed – Old Republic will provide service on an HVAC system that fails due to improper installation or repair, or due to a mismatch in size or efficiency of components.

 

Water Heater Sediment – Conditions caused by water heater sediment are now included with our Standard coverage.

Sediment build-up on Toilets –In the event of failure due to sediment/calcium build-up, the toilet will be replaced with like quality.

Haul Away/ Disposal of any system or appliance replaced by Old Republic Home Protection.

 

Permits – Up to $250.00 per occurrence.

Crane – Cost of crane or other lifting equipment required to remove or install

roof-mounted heating or air conditioning units.

 

Enhanced Stoppage Coverage - Up to $250 per Plan for: (1) access to clear stoppages, including installation of ground-level clean out; (2) hydrojetting; (3) stoppages due to roots.

 

And remember, as always, the Plan provides coverage for unknown pre-existing conditions. Home Inspections are not required, even on REO or Short Sale transactions.  These enhancements to the Old Republic Home Protection Plan provide increased client satisfaction by reducing the potential for denials on items not covered by most Plans.
