Lack of Maintenance- Old Republic Home Protection will no longer deny an HVAC system if it fails due to Lack of Maintenance. We will not maintain anything. But if you have a Home Inspections that say that the A/C needs to be Maintain prior to the new buyer moving in as long as the unit is working. We will not deny the unit if it fails due to LACK OF MAINTENANCE. No more worrying that the seller didn’t keep up with the maintenance of the system.

 Mismatch System/ Improper Previous repair or Install. We will not deny an HVAC system. (Heating Ventilation Air Condition) Even if pre-existing prior to COE

Water heater sediment Included with our basic coverage.

Un-know pre-existing conditions Home Inspections not required even if is an REO or Short Sales Property.  

Haul away/ Disposal of any system or appliance replace by Old Republic Home Protection

Permits- We will pay $250.00 per occurrence if a permit needs to be pulled when an item is being replaced.

Crane- If a crane is needed to replace an A/C or Package Unit Old Republic will pay for that cost now.

Stoppages cause by Roots-  We will cleared the drain line. Also if a clean out needs to be installed we will pay up to $250.00 to install a clean out or Hydro jet the drain lines.

Sediment built up on Toilets- We will replace the toilet like for like if it has sediment built up/ calcium and the toilet does not flush properly.
