john @ 5:31 pm

yes, more loan classes especially with all the new changes.

ricky @ 5:34 pm

I agree, there have been lots of changes. Harder to do stated loans now I am seeing. So loan training on new product guidelines would be good to do.

Michael Saragoza @ 8:25 pm

When will the Commercial Training be completed?

I will attend all classes. I have found with Robert’s training classes or his approved trainings by his qualified people I always seem to learn something new. I also use the classes to learn how to instruct my team or future team members . Thanks Robert ME

Ronil @ 8:35 pm

Commercial Real Estate Course should be the priority: when the course was offered this year, some of us were just dealing with the Natomas office shutdown & all the changes that followed after that. This course should be offered again given the way the commercial market is at this stage.

Cheers!

Hi Chris,

Since I am new to the business, I would like training on listing presentation and purchase agreements and creative ways of getting more for your client (what concessions can be made, etc…)
Also, I thought classes were on Tuesday and Thursday - now I see Monday? What is the real story?
Thanks,
Christina

Initially we were going to do classes Tues and Thurs but Tues is reserved for Bullsai Meetings. So we are doing classes on Mon and Thurs for Elite.

Regards,
